POST NAME - Junior Project Cost Controller
QUALIFICATION - CA/CMA/M.Com/MBA
EXPERIENCE - 4 To 6 Years
LOCATION - Chennai

JOB DESCRIPTION :-
  • Preparation of Project Budgeting,Forecasting functions and Variance Analysis, MIS
  • Profit Planning/Activity based Costing/Product Costing/Standard Costing/Marginal Costing/Process Costing 
  • Identifying potential cost control avenues with respect to materials, production, Manpower cost etc. and recommending various measures for improving bottom-line performance.
  • Identify cost reduction initiatives by way of competitor tear downs, competitive analyses, collaboration, research, and other possible means
  • Chair and drive meetings to gather and share projects slated for cost reduction, prioritize these projects using analytical processes (such as ROI), and aggressively drive these projects to completion to realize the planned benefits
  • Formulating and implementing the Costing, Accounting and Financial Policies/ Procedures.
  • Provide financial analyses that drives strategic business decisions
  • Make recommendations for optimization of business opportunities and minimize risk/cost to the business
  • Collaborate with and lead cross functional team members from finance, procurement, engineering etc, for cost related activities
  • Evaluate and report Actual vs Planned outcomes of key strategic decisions
  • Ensure Company business requirements are met on time and to the required standards Preparation of Annual Business Plan, coordinating with all departments.
  • Ensures adherence to the business standards and regulations
  • To ensure timely submission of MIS to the management.
  • To prepare sales order and bills in the system.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
  • Review accounts for discrepancies and reconcile differences.
