VACANCY DETAILS :-

POST NAME - Business Analyst
QUALIFICATION - CA Inter/CMA Inter/CA/CMA/MBA
EXPERIENCE - 2 To 3 Years
LOCATION - Bangalore

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

1. Preparation of key business analytics and MIS reports

Timely updation and generation, accuracy, quality and reliability of output

  • Preparation of various Sales &Marketing related MIS like: 1) Channel wise/business Sale summary, 2) Monthly Analysis 3) Monthly EBO Analysis 4) Customer wise Monthly Detailed Sale Analysis 5) EBIDTA related factors in COCO/COFO as well as ecom and apparel analysis 6) EBO capex support and other support- process and pay-outs 7) Capex EBO P&L 8) CN/GR and other reco with offline 9) Detailed Receivable Ageing &10) Other Ad- hoc requirements etc;
  • Preparation &updation of various business level reports
  • Timely support for reviews and P & B planning
  • Monthly interaction with Finance for P & L finalization

2. Business Reviews and other Management Presentations

To support during business reviews and discussions with Business write-ups, Power Point Slides, data updations etc. and to coordinate with the business functions for data requirement.

3. Planning & Budgeting

Facilitate the Preparation of Annual Budget for Retail and apparel.

- Co-ordinate with Parta/Cost Dept for the financial evaluation of the Sales plan.

- To Assist in evaluating the Key Process Metrics and Profitability ratios.

To Assist in preparation of Budget presentation.

4. Evaluating the business product costs and pricing

To co-ordinate with "Parta" Dept for finalizing the numbers in both businesses across multiple channels and brands.

- PBDIT analysis for (a) Product (b) Business Segment (c) Channel/Brand/store profitability

5.Tracking of Key Business Metrics and Indicators for the SBU

Tracking of Key Business Metrics like Monthly Sales Performance, SBU P&L, Dashboards, Working Capital, Provisioning, COGS and receivables ageing and provide variance analysis with suggestions for improvement

6. Liaisoning

1) Coordinate with IT Team with respect to development of new MIS reports and improvement on SAP &Information Systems, 

2) Facilitate commercial transactions with Sales &Accounts Department, 

3) Coordination with Legal Department on several Ad hoc requirements, other ancillary support and guidance to various functions
