1. Handle South America Intercompany month close & settlement activities
2. Support for common activities to adhere Internal control and PWC or statutory audits
3. Need to coordinate with internal and external stake holder
4. Support & collaborate on IERP implementation on Intercompany process
5. Standardize and eliminate non value added steps in the process
