DHL Express is looking for accounts Executive to join our team. He/she will be responsible for handling the GST profile, reconciliation of GL accounts, Intercompany related activities & month end closing activities of the GL. The executive needs to have prior knowledge of GST, ensure on line scrutiny & reconciliation of all balance sheet, and GST related accounts.
Key Responsibilities
He/she will have to perform the following key activities:
- Preparation of data for GST Outward and inward
- Filing GSTR1 and GSTR3B
- GST Reconciliations
- Preparation of intercompany invoices and reconciliations.
- Daily Monitoring & reconciliation GST accounts.
- Immediate action & closure of open items of GL.
- Liasioning with the cross functions.
- Ensuring smooth reconciliations.
- Personnel:
- Good knowledge of GST, accounting & reconciliation & inter personal skills.
- Unit Measures:
- Timely reconciliation, calculation of tax liabilities & month end activities.
- Other Measures:
- Right at 1st time.
- All department satisfaction such as tax, consultants and other finance teams
- Employee satisfaction.
- Clean tax accounts.
- Timely month end closure.
- Timely GST returns filing.
- Incumbent has no direct reports and authority over country line and functional personnel.
- He/she must be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions through provision of value-added inputs into the organisation’s business processes.
