- Support the budgeting, forecasting and provide analysis of cost by department/functional stakeholders
- Able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
- Conduct meetings reviewing expenditure and projects, highlighting potential overruns and trends.
- Provide variance reporting and investigative analysis against budgets, forecast and performance results.
- Identify and resolve gaps in reporting which will value-add to the business by capturing and analyzing data
- Facilitate headcount forecast and overall people cost analysis as required and maintain the integrity of correctly allocating cost to appropriate cost centers.
- Financial month end responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for initiatives from insight analysis and work on initiatives around finance process, systems and data pertaining to operational costs.
- Support Purchase Requisitions tracking (iProcurement)
- Assist senior management with analytical requests or ad hoc reporting as required.
- Support local and global initiative and process improvements.
