JOB DESCRIPTION :-
1. Financial books close in co-ordination with Wipro – Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly – Activities applicable to various GTC entities & other Levi’s group entities across globe.
2. Overview of – GL, Inter Company Transactions & AP Invoices
3. Bank Reconciliations
4. HFM Upload of monthly financials.
5. Review of GL Reconciliation on monthly basis – Follow up and take appropriate action
6. Handling of cash flow forecasts for various entities – Fund Requests with Treasury
7. Interaction with Treasury, Bank & External Consultants
8. Handling Payroll, Vendor & Tax Payments
9. Preparation & Review of various monthly / quarterly MIS Reports.
10. Sox Compliance – Documentation of various review activities
11. Tax compliance and license renewal.
12. Internal and external stockholder management.
