JOB DESCRIPTION :-
You will be part of Financial Shared Services where we and local finance team will work together to support for
reporting numbers, assist for audits and other financial operations. The Lead will support stakeholders by
applying data analytics, financial planning and accounting knowledge to drive performance metrics.
Your responsibilities
- Review and approve Journals
- Review month end activities ie. accruals, clearing bank open items, suspense accounts clearance
- Review fixed assets accounting and reporting
- Review Balance sheet reconciliations and analyse, research and clear Open items
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting of results
- Ensure compliance and adherence to all local statutory and corporate policies
- Prepare P&L Department/CC wise and ensure timely submission
- Substantiate financial transactions posted through review and audit of supporting documentation
- Should be able handle and coordinate with the onshore team on queries and other request raised
- Support Audit and ensure timely response and submission of documentation to auditors
- Prepare and support for the Monthly KPI Key Metrics for the GL process
- Involve in automation and process improvement initiatives
- Review and update Process documentation
- Responsible and handle multiple entities
- Collaborate leaders to determine financial reporting needs
- Develop, organize and present detailed performance reports for internal use.
