JOB DESCRIPTION :-
Conduct the internal audit of DC operations based on the defined audit proceduresReview the activities such as purchases, sales, inventory management, accounting, warehouse management, statutory compliance etc.Closely monitor the day-to-day operations of the delivery centerConduct physical verification of inventory and observe the effectiveness of physical controls implemented at DCAnalyse the key performance metrics defined for the activities performed at DCHighlight the critical non-compliance to company policies and procedures, process deviation and non-compliance to statutory regulations on real time basisPrepare the daily dashboard and share it with the concerned internal stakeholdersPrepare the exception report and present it to the location head on weekly basisConduct follow up audits until the recommended practices are implementedMaintain audit documentation for the audit procedures performed and for the identified exceptions.
