QUALIFICATION - B.Com With CA Inter/CMA Inter/MBA/M.Com
EXPERIENCE - 2 To 5 Years
CTC - Rs. 7 To 9 LPA

JOB DESCRIPTION :-
The Candidates should have working knowledge of Financial accounting, Logistics Work &good knowledge of computers (Knowledge of SAP will be preferred). The responsibilities includes preparation of Accounting documents such as Invoices, billing, Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchases, Bank reconciliations, verification of payments, MIS, Maintenance of records and Logistics Operation in SAP FICO and other Commercial, etc. The person will be responsible for Accounting as well as Logistics functions.
The major responsibilities include:
1.ensuring maintenance of Books of accounts including finance management and Assets Accounting
2.ensuring implementation of standard procedures relating to arrival of stock,
3.maintenance of stock in the godowns
4. physical verification of stock in warehouse and Reconciliation with Book Stock
5.Invoicing. Reconciliation of Vendor/Supplier Ledger
6.Preparation of Transporter bills, preparation of Journal vouchers and payments
7. Other accounts related works
8. Ensure proper transportation of stocks and other Logistics activities, etc
9.Monitoring of transportation cost – To monitor movement of each and every vehicle and suggest the measures to devise and monitor the measures to cut down the cost of the vehicle, Schedule vehicles as per the defined routes
