1) PR Control: Purchase Requisition control for corporate department for budget availability before getting approval of the PR in controller level.
2) Monthly review & control: Monthly review of expense schedule through structured GL scrutiny with division/dept cost absorption trend, budget vs. actual variance analysis for corporate overheads, JV level OH analysis for bud vs actual variance and walk through for variances.
3) Inventory analysis: Inventory analysis and reconciliation of MM report with FI GL a/c, Consumption & inventory flow analysis for Car & PWT in respect of finished goods. Stock ageing analysis for raw materials and reporting to management.
4) Monthly Management Report: MMR to prepare in two segment, business & div/dept. performance for the month and financial analysis and variances with the budget at division and JV level.
5) Royalty report: Royalty reporting as per RFA & RBI norm.
6) Monthly report: Monthly finance dept. activity reporting to CEO office highlighting all the updates for the month.
7) KPI: Key process Indicator is the report having trend across the months for the key process indicators of P&L and Balance sheet
8) Budgeting: OH Budget activity for CY & FY with coordination with all the departments at the beginning of year and communicating approved budget to all departments to have control on spending through PR.
9) Department reporting: Monthly bud Vs actual OH reports with variance communicating to each corporate dept. to review and have a control.
