JOB DESCRIPTION :-
Bridgestone India invites applications for a dynamic Business controller who would act as business finance manager by analyzing financial data for functions like Sales and would be involved in Cost controlling, Budgeting and forecasting. The roles and responsibilities for this position would be as below:
- Dealer level Analysis of receivables, outstanding and collections. Coordination with sales zonal heads for the recovery and new initiatives for collection.
- Monitoring incentive schemes, expenses and tracking it against each bucket.
- Participating and driving action items from monthly sales War rooms and follow up internally for closure of daily activities.
- Driving / supporting automation for incentive schemes, collection process, improvement in adoption rate, coordination with dealer/ fleets and sales team for ground challenges and sharing them with developers/ consultants for incorporation.
- Asset master maintenance, asset depreciation etc for PPK assets. ???
- Monitoring PPK process and day-to-day challenges like raising CR/ CN issues, SAP related coordination.
- PPK profitability analysis – Contract / tyre level insights
- Supporting the development and enhancement in PPK fin module
- Co- ordinating dealer queries for accounts and getting resolved / improved with finance teams
- Evaluating and participating in new business models
- Simplifying processes and laying SOP etc warranty provision , claim tyres etc
Budgeting , monitoring and monthly provisioning
- Marketing, Advt , Sales promo
- S/W – HC and admin cost with HR ??
- Rebates & discounts, PI & PPD working
- Branch Expenses
- OPEX Provisions
- Logistics costs with LSCM
- Claim tyres
- Uploading Budgets in SAP
Capex& Inventory management
- Branch and Sales capex eg Sign boards, Furn & Fix, Equip to dealers
- Physical management of assets
- Cordinating FG stock take at CnF
Receivables management
- Monthly review of receivables
- Credit release approval/ Dealer level collections status
- Credit policy review and annual update
- OE co ordination for RM price rise/ approvals
- Customer master management
