The candidate will be responsible for delivery of overall franchise Contribution, GP and spend analysis. The candidate would support business and drive analytics for Endo Franchise and also lead planning cycles and analysis activities for the same and working closely with business partners, finance partners in global finance and Business Support COE. Responsibilities include:
Financial Support
- Provide financial analysis and support for various franchise initiatives of the responsible Franchise
- Provide financial analysis and support for marketing initiatives
- Lead Business Planning process within the Franchise (annual Business Plan, Forecasts/Updates, Strategic Planning etc.) working with other team members within Finance BUF and CoE.
- Period closing activities of the Franchise (co-work with accounting department), including variance analysis and management report preparation and explanations.
- Partner in building the new Distributor Management System with commercial team including dealer audits for JMMI
- Monitor Competition Performance and share business insights.
- Drive cash flow linked initiatives and bring predictability in forecasting Cash flow
- Timely and proactive feedback on financial implications of events to key stakeholders.
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed including compliance with WWP / SOX guidelines & SI MAP closures.
Management Support
- Support and challenge Franchise lead and other Franchise team members, as a core Business Partner.
- Proactively make recommendations and take actions to achieve Business Plan.
- Support the construction of the Franchise strategy, translate Franchise strategy into Business Planning
- Support strong Compliance awareness, within the franchise.
- Partnership with Strategic Accounts/Government E-Com Group
- Educate and coach Franchise members, to achieve business growth
- Understand the monthly sales trends and drivers by channel / product line and ensure steps are taken to address gaps with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) by evaluating the opportunities and managing all aspects of financial assessment including ROI, IRR, and cash flow analysis
- Evaluate Capex proposals for its viability.
