POST NAME - Finance & Admin Executive
QUALIFICATION - B.Com/BBA
EXPERIENCE - 2 Years
LOCATION - Delhi

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

You will be an integral part of the OMI team that informs policymaking, and advances discourse in Electric Mobility, Urban Mobility, Accessibility and Inclusion, Energy and Mobility and Future of Work and Platform Economy. You will assist the Executive Director of OMI in administration and finance matters to ensure an effective management of the financial resources according to the OMI procedures. 

  1. Administrative responsibilities 

  • Maintain and update OMI’s databases

  • Organise a filing system for important and confidential company documents

  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments for senior management and team

  • Distribute and store correspondence for the organisation (e.g. letters, emails and packages)

  • Arrange and manage travel and accommodations

  • Schedule in-house and external events

  • Coordinate with internal teams in the organisation: procurement team to on-board new vendors/consultants, admin team, operations team w.r.t to day to day administrative responsibilities

  • Onboard and manage relationships with all vendors.

 

  1. Financial management and accounting

  • Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions and ensure that transactions are processed daily in the system and that they are accurate and complete

  • Manage accounts receivable and payable for all vendors and services incurred by the organisation

  • Review and process reimbursements for team

  • Prepare budgets on  a monthly/quarterly/annual basis

  • Maintain reports on financial metrics, including project investments, outflows etc. and Report on financial projections (e.g. liquidity and cash flow)

  • Keep records of invoices and tax payment

  • Identify and address account discrepancies

  • Participate in payroll processes
