JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Responsible for ensuring financial control and compliances in the areas of accrual for fixed asset, accounting for fixed assets and financial reporting under various GAAPs and their corresponding compliances
- Ensuring accurate & timely capitalization of assets, lease accounting and reporting, CWIP reviews, monthly fixed assets closing activities are performed within defined timelines
- Stakeholders connect- Coordinate with relevant project managers & business and get right and accurate inputs for capitalizing assets and resolving issues and audit queries
- Involved in discussions and coordination with various stakeholders from different team
- Involved in labour capex, asset addition reviews, equipment mapping to assets
- SAP Hana testing and implementation support & data Migration
- Hands on experience on preparation of accurate & timely fixed asset MIS reporting, variance analysis and adhoc queries from various stakeholders
- Strong hold on SAP (SAP migration experience will be added advantage)
- Provides support to statutory auditors in their independent testing and assuring audit for allotted entities finished in stipulated timelines.
- Drives and contribute towards process improvements, robust internal controls and process automation initiatives.
- Support on Internal Finance Controls (IFC) matters
