JOB DESCRIPTION :-
• Handling of Direct & Indirect Tax matters including Corporate Tax, Personal
Income Tax, Goods and Services Tax (GST), and TDS compliance etc.
• Preparation of Quarterly/Annual Accounts and compliance to the Accounting Standards (IndAS), Companies Act 2013 and disclosure norms etc.
• Bank & funds management covering resource planning, cash flow management, disbursements, treasury management, book keeping, Preparation of various Schedules and related reconciliation
• To co-ordinate various Audits i.e. Statutory Audit, CAG Audit, Internal Audit,
Income Tax Audit & Goods and Services Tax Audit etc.
• Debtor's Management with regard to raising of Invoices and realization of
Outstanding Fee/ Goods and Services Tax/ TDS etc.
• Job costing, MIS, Budgetary & financial control, vetting of purchase & other
proposals etc.

5. Applications received in the approved pro forma (Annexure A) will be put up to Committee for Shortlisting. Screening and selection will be based on the details provided in the application form, hence it is necessary that only accurate, full and correct information is furnished by the applicants.
