JOB DESCRIPTION :-
1. Co-ordination and regular follow up with 3 PL ,FC and seller support team
2. Daily tracking on TMS / FDP transaction with timely closure and in case of variance highlight it to Concern team
3. Participate in delivering the shipment/pickup as per operational requirement when required.
4. Prepare and share Day End / Weekly and Monthly performance reports.
5. Regular follow up with zonal and central team on appointment slots for seller returns
6. Co-ordination with the Retail-Ops and planning team for Slot Management.
7. Co-ordination with the Zonal teams and vendor, on the reconciliation.
8. Good alignment in understanding and operationalizing interstate transport solutions with tax compliance.
9. Create E-Way Bills on daily basis for IWIT movement
