JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- To process and approve invoices raised by 3rd Party Suppliers ensuring all financial validations are completed and accurate.
- Reconciliation of Cost Liability Accounts.
- Validating and approving 3rd party POs issued.
- Manage & respond to vendor queries.
- Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial or organizational status and risks.
- Consult with internal and external clients to determine business needs.
- Develop supplier relationships and manage third party transactions ensuring they remain within budget and on schedule.
- Identify root cause of problems with reports or data sets within the domain.
- Improve financial and/or organizational status by analyzing data and results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to leadership.
- Create reports and tracking for invoices, returns, orders, requisitions, and other general documentation.
- Help track and publish performance dashboards.
