QUALIFICATION - CA/CMA/B.Com/MBA
EXPERIENCE - 8 Years
LOCATION - Pune
JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including intercompany, cash and bank, commission, and benefit accounting
- Good understanding of financial statement consolidation; experience with variance analysis, including foreign exchange (FX) revaluation and FX translation is a plus
- Good understanding of accounting policies and United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Treasury, Regional Accounting, Corporate, IT, Operations, etc. to identify opportunities to improve and standardize the processes while not sacrificing the quality of the resulting financial data
- Work closely with our Business Controls, Global Process Excellence, and technical teams to explore and implement controls
- Work closely with IT team to resolve any system issues
- Help in the testing and installation of systems as needed
- Work closely with both internal and external auditors in resolving audit queries and requests
- Promote process documentation and cross-training initiatives within the team
- Work closely with global and regional accounting teams for transitioning new processes
- Demonstrate positive customer service and build solid relationships with internal global stakeholders
- Provide necessary guidance to the team for resolution or corrective actions
- Manage, mentor, and guide team in their career building
- Participate in other activities and tasks as assigned
