JOB DESCRIPTION :-
1. Detailed checking of Provisions posted in G/L accounts. - ensue all provision entries should be captured in books of account.
2. Ad hoc queries handling - AFC is receiving lot of ad hoc queries from cross functions and p&C, this needs to be addressed in time and that will be managed by this person with in defined TAT.
3. CSR Reports
4. Travelling & Mobile Report - preparing travel reports by department every month.
5. Update exchange report
6. Part wise sales & Mat Cost report analysis of part level margins and publish necessary reports.
7. Detailed Contract Manpower Report
8. Preparation of CC report by department and circulate to respective department head within agreed TAT.
9. SC approvals record against budget. mapping of approved SC against budget/FCST is important task to monitor over all opex.
10. Data collection from various dept for FCT and follow up for the same
11. Help in budgeting & monthly forecasting activity.
