We are looking for an Office Manager with prior experience in working in professional services set-ups at MNCs and Tier 1 consulting firms. The Office Manager will be the primary point of contact for managing all the administrative (accounting, tax, meetings, travel and HR) needs of consulting team and should have:
a. Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
b. Experience in interacting with global professional services clients,
c. Understanding of office accounts, finance and taxation,
d. Ability to work with CA teams for office accounts related work,
e. Experience dealing with vendors for documentation and payments, and
f. Experience in managing meetings and other office support activities for consulting teams
NOTE :-
The position is a mix of remote and within office working. We do not expect or require the Office Manager to be available full time within the office, but will need remote support for all week days, with 1 to 2 days of work from the Gurgaon office.
