POST NAME - Deputy Manager Factory Controlling
QUALIFICATION - CA/CMA
EXPERIENCE - 2 To 5 Years
LOCATION - Ahmedabad
JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Controlling and commercial support for Internal Company Business
- Monthly financial book closing, GL accounting, Key Balance Sheet Account Reviews (e.g. interim accounts, old ageing line items etc.) and sound knowledge of IFRS and IND AS
- Maintenance and continuous review of item cost master (product costing)
- Review, Analysis & Control of overall purchase to pay activities of business unit.
- Overall tracking of all import merchanting trade transaction and closure within stipulated timeline
- Overall tracking of all import benefit schemes of GOI and timely closure
- Coordination with Global Business Support center and EXIM team for smooth processing of import purchase to pay processes
- Facilitating costing of risk analysis and potential cost impact of non-performance/non conformance cost
- Inventory Control including periodic inventory count, monitoring of Obsolete and Slow Moving Inventory, Inventory Valuation, SL-GL reconciliation and control of material lying with sub-contractors
- Factory Overhead controlling
- Process owner for Risk and Internal controls in respective area of responsibilities.
- Coordination with statutory, tax and internal auditors and statutory & tax authorities for factory related topics
