JOB DESCRIPTION :-
• Understands P2P system landscape and E2E P2P processes. Understands tangential processes and systems that interact/interface with P2P.
• Participate in design and implementation of P2P solution. Demonstrate experience in planning and leading projects utilising project management techniques, with strong interpersonal and understanding of technical requirements.
• Perform ‘super user’ responsibilities for Finance and Controlling modules in SAP. Provide process requirements and test cases scenarios during changes in technology, system upgrades etc. Conducts and sign off UAT for new technology enablement before go-live. Provides level-1 System support (business exceptions)
• Work closely with the relevant IT Development Teams to ensure stakeholders are aware of what’s happening with our automation strategy and to ensure that we are aligned to overall group strategy. Manages global deployments, including data collection sheet, process alignments, training sessions and go live communications. Support quick adoption of changes
• Responsible for overseeing and delivering a comprehensive approach for monitoring and reporting the E2E P2P process. Drives a control-focused mindset, ensures reporting that provides consistent global view of operational and strategic KPIs. Ensures quality, accuracy and effectiveness of the processes/system portfolio, securing company assets by executing strong NFCM/SOX controls all P2P applications,
• Identifies opportunity for improvement in P2P systems and ensures global scalability, finance core compliance and operational efficiency. Effectively communicate with internal peers, Internal/External Customers regarding operations and short-term/long-term strategies. Foster a balance between customer centric service delivery and core process compliance.
• Ensures the integrity, viability, and interoperability of P2P reporting processes. Manage and automate the provision of routine information to local users from SAP and BW. Supervise the development and maintenance of current reporting systems (SAP, BW, Excel); integrate other requirements and the changing needs of the organization
