JOB DESCRIPTION :-
The role is within the LM Wind Power global FP&A finance team aligned mainly to supporting the Research & Development team in the company. The role will have direct responsibility to assisting with annual and quarterly forecasting, tracking, reporting and controllership of the R&D spend as well as cost optimization, and cash management for the business
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-
- Base cost and project accounting, reporting and analysis for the R&D Engineering organization, the site management team and LM HQ finance teams
- Prepare annual and quarterly forecasts, plans and budgets for the development projects as well as the various site costs in partnership with the R&D engineering project teams, site management team as well as the Renewables HQ team
- Be a business partner to the R&D engineering teams, provide cost analysis and financial insights against the financial targets, drive transparency and accountability across the operational activities
- Preparation of information for internal and external audits, R&D tax credit claims, capitalization of development projects among other
- Partner with functional leaders to prioritize and solve problems related to cost and cash within the business through the application of lean principles
- Partner with the business to define, align and executes the most effective finance and operation processes across the organization
