- Responsible for day to day accounting of receipts from Customers and providing timely reports on receipts
- Responsible for Customers credit notes accounting with support from the team and providing timely reports on the same
- Review of Accounts receivable balances on a regular basis and follow up with Key account holders for collections
- Accounting of Customer invoices and adjusting against collections
- Review of the AR General Ledger and providing reports for month/annual close
- Supporting Internal and Statutory audits
- Responsible for reconciliations of Customers ledgers, Bank ledgers on a monthly basis
- Responsible for Quarterly customer confirmations
- Supporting the Reporting Manager in taking strategic decisions
