JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Support Branch decisions by running business models across all categories including New Builds, Fast Starts, Consolidations, Relocations, Lease / expiry / renewal and transfers
- Take ownership for branch modelling requests by validating inputs, evaluating financials, collaborating with business partners to seek clarifications, raising issues and being a final reviewer for business cases
- Establish and maintain good working relationship with Branch planning team and Real estate teams that provides inputs for Branch business cases
- Continuously look at opportunities to improve processes and make them efficient through process automation and streamlining
