To efficiently measure and manage the transactions recorded by the accounting team, Reconciliation senior accountant must perform a wide range of job duties and responsibilities. These may include, but are not limited to:
Reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions
General ledger reconciliations
Account reconciliations such as bank, COGS, Fixed Assets, Payroll, inventory control, clearing, revenue accounts, etc.
Supporting the month end process if needed
Generating month end reports and reporting out any required adjustments or aged balances in GL to Management
working to get the red flags resolved by working with the process owner
Monthly dashboard reporting to Management
