POST NAME - Accountant
QUALIFICATION - B.Com/BBA
EXPERIENCE - 3 Years
LOCATION - Gurgaon
JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Maintaining Day-to-Day Accounting and transactions.
- Preparing Invoice/ Billing, Purchase order & Update in ERP software.
- Manage and update stock/ inventory in ERP software.
- Reconcile accounts payable/receivables and keeping track of overdue payments.
- Maintaining records on TALLY- Daily, Weekly & Monthly account reconciliations.
- Preparation and filing of GST, TDS tax returns, Balance Sheet.
- Prepare monthly MIS and budgeting reports (cost analysis- fixed and variable).
- Reconcile bank account statements across the organization.
- Manage monthly payroll, employee reimbursements and manage internal records.
- Vigilant against fraud and inaccuracy by checking over figures and reports frequently
- Ensure timely vendors payment & follow-ups.
