JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Daily Costing Discussion with Bay owner(NG/Power/Manpower/Consumable)
- Inventory Discussion and get action plan from Plant.
- Bay Wise/ Product wise Yield Discussion with Plant
- Reconciliation of Costing P&L with Accounts .
- Monthly Costing Profit & Loss A/c .
- Freight Gain/Loss Daily/Weekly
- Monthly Costing Profit & Loss A/c .
- Daily Scrap and RM Claim debit note preparation.
- Revision of Cost when rate increases of Consumables/packing/Tooletc prices n submitting to sales.
- New Capex -ROI Calculation .
- New Ideas for Cost Saving/Improvements.
