ANA Oils and Fats India Pvt. Ltd., is the newest entrant in the edible oil space in India. The company is a subsidiary of ANA International Pte. Ltd., a joint venture (JV) between Apical group and Acalpo Pte. Ltd. This JV brings together their combined expertise in sourcing, refining, and marketing of edible oils globally. Acalpo was founded in 1999 by Mr. Gautam Rampuria, an Indian origin entrepreneur based out of Singapore. Acalpo has business interests in India, South East Asia, and West Africa. The Apical group specializes in farming, refining, merchandising, distribution, and the trading of crude palm oil and its many derivatives. Apical is one of Indonesia's largest processors and exporters of palm oil with a refining capacity of 7 million metric tonnes of crude palm oil and 10 processing facilities across the globe. In India, ANA has a large trading operation with toll operated plants in Kakinada, Mumbai and Chennai. Further, the company operates in the branded edible oil segment with two brands Hello Life and CookPal. Hello Life is the brand for soft oils and recently launched its first variant in the sunflower oil segment. CookPal is the brand for Palmolein based oils. ANA has its headquarters in Hyderabad and its branded products are sold in the twin states of Andhra and Telangana. ANA has a lot of exciting initiatives in the works. The company plans to launch its brands in Orissa with further expansion in the eastern and southern regions of India. The company also plans to foray into the bakery fat segment under a masterbrand Bakemate. Also underway are plans to launch more variants under Hello Life and Cookpal masterbrands. Yet another initiative is the setup of a state-of-the-art greenfield manufacturing project in Krishnapatnam. JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Assist in preparation of the Business Plans, Long range plans (LRPs)- Volume, Margins, working capital, Interest and Overheads.
- Day to day position reporting & consolidation of Commodities and Fx position it’s MTM.
- Assist in finance and accounting activities for timely monthly accounts closing – Ledger Scrutiny, Material balancing, Expenses accrual and provisions, A/R Commentary etc.
- Capex Monitoring – Budget preparation, Comparison of quotations and estimates, Vendor Bills verification. Capitalization, Asset accounting and MIS reporting.
- Periodical review of cost cards for price determination benchmarking and net oil price realization workings.
- Analysis of various costs – marketing expenses, Trade promotion schemes, depots costs and secondary transportation & preparation of related MIS reports.
- Monthly PnL workings for various segments i.e. bulk, packed and institutional businesses.
- Preparation of Transfer pricing related documentation and related audit compliances.
- Assist in number crunching required for decision making and business reviews.
