1. Business Accounts, BS - Monthly, Quaterly & Yearly, GST Compliances, Forex, Customs, IT, ESI & PF, Stock Audits, Managing Budgets.
2. Supervising staff.
3. Providing back office services such as accounts payable, collection and payroll.
Providing insights on the financial health of the organisation.
4. Ensuring the business meets all its statutory and compliance obligations, including statutory accounting and tax issues.
5. Looking for cost-reduction opportunities.
6. Developing relationships with external contacts such as auditors, solicitors and HM Revenue & Customs.
7. Controlling Income, Cash Flow & Expenditure, Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements.
