VACANCY DETAILS :-

POST NAME - Management Trainee Accounts & Finance
QUALIFICATION - B.Com/CMA Inter/CA Inter/M.Com/MBA
EXPERIENCE - 1 To 3 Years
CTC - 2.75 To 3.25 LPA
LOCATION - Noida

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

Perform Accounts Receivable/Payable activities in accordance with the process documentation and standard procedures. The activities and responsibilities in the role consist of checking all Customer invoices, Validating Invoice, Cash allocations, refunds/credit notes and perform other accounting task.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Reconciliation of customer account with statements/invoices.
  • Preparation of customer ageing report and analysis of same.
  • Cash Allocation/Clearing and control of same in SAP.
  • Inter-company debt collection.
  • Preparation of Banking and posting same in SAP.
  • Preparation and posting of journals associated with Account Payable/receivables and bank transfer.
  • Provide active input into the design and implementation of process improvement initiatives
  • Work within a team structure in achieving key performance indicators and objectives and be highly focused on the achievement of these objectives
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with appropriate internal and external stakeholders
  • Other ADHOC tasks and responsibilities as the need arises
