JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Ensuring smooth closing of monthly, quarterly accounts as per the time schedule from Corporate.
- Monthly Provision - Preparation & Monitoring, Passing of entries
- Review of Trial Balance & Accounts
- Associate related Reconciliation & confirmations, GIT Working.
- Various Grossing up entries for month closures - FI Side
- Reversal of Monthly provision reversable Docs.
- Monitoring Royalty Related booking and payment
- Audit related compliance, Liasoning with auditors as and when required.
2) MIS Reporting, Analysis, Presentation
- Monthly Estimate - Variance Analysis
- Preparation of Various presentations for Monthly Review, Cost Savings MIS & Validation, Expense Report
- Debtors Ageing monitoring & review.
- Bank Receipts & Line items Clearing and P&L Variances
3) Budgets & Estimates
- Support in Preparation for Yearly Budgets alongwith Quaterly estimates and monitoring of actuals
- Deploying of Budgets - PU Wise.
- Co-ordination with operations for budget deployment.
4) Monitoring, action & support on crusade, audit requirements, Sales tax, GST and COE
- Good Knowledge of Budgt/MIS/ Reporting
- Good Knowledge of Advanced Excel, Power Point.
- Good Knowledge of Business case preparation.
- Knowledge of new developments in statutory compliance/new Accounting Standards
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP and other financial IT systems.
- Equal level of comfort and expertise in dealing with both business and people (relationship) issues.
- Strong analytical skills; and innovative and collaborative approach to foster conducive & Harmonious relations with all stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to transfer knowledge and motivate team members.
