POST NAME - Assistant Manager Finance Operations
QUALIFICATION - CA\CMA\MBA\CFA
EXPERIENCE - 2 Years
LOCATION - Gurgaon

JOB DESCRIPTION :- 
  • Reporting of regulatory returns within scope of the regulatory reporting global process owner’s responsibility, to the US Regulators for HNAH Region.
  • Understand global Reg framework i.e. Process, Regulatory requirements for data purposes & Systems
  • Understand in-depth existing global Reg Reporting processes
  • Understand and support in documentation of global Regulatory data requirements for Reporting
  • Ensure ongoing Reporting and analysis support for seamless service delivery of global Regulatory Reporting reports to various onshore partners to agreed service levels

What you’ll do :-

Risk Principal Accountabilities / Customers / Stakeholders
  • Prepare templates for monthly and quarterly submissions to the US Regulators.
  • Timely submission of monthly and quarterly returns to the Regulators
  • Timely preparation of other analysis requested by internal customers
  • Ensure participation in various learning initiatives to constantly upgrade their skill set.
  • Engages with colleagues across business lines, functions and regions; tracks risks and issues
  • Collaborates with stakeholders, building strong relationships to ensure consensus
  • Responsive to management and peer queries
  • Provides timely reports on consolidation and interaction status, risks and issues

Operational Effectiveness & Control
  • Run processes in an auditable and transparent manner. Explain processes to Internal Audit and to regulators, and address issues where identified
  • Compliant with SoX, if applicable.
  • Document all processes clearly
  • Proactive approach to process improvement
  • Production of contributions to support regulatory and compliance.
