JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Responsible to enter Bills & Vouchers in tally & ERP.
- Maintain and filling of Bills & Vouchers in proper format (Hard Copy)
- Verifying bills and vouchers with Higher authority and department heads
- Making macro level reports on Excel .
- Making bank balance related reports on daily basis and give suggestions for transferring of funds from one account to another account.
- Parties Ledger Confirmation and reconciliation.
