JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- To prepare expenses vouchers and data entries in Baan.
- To make payment along with preparation of cheques, vouchers and related data entry in Baan
- Prepare details of TDS and VAT related data on monthly basis and preparation of TDS and VAT return.
- Issue of Form No - 16A to the contractors
- Maintenance of records for Forms 403 / 402 / I Form etc.
- Passing of Contractor's bills and Supplier's Ledger reconciliation
- Any other Accounts related work suggested by superiors.
- Cash payments to internal and external customers against their claims.
- Responsible for bank reconciliation and daily cash reconciliation.
- Passing of cash vouchers in Baan system.
- Reconciliation of bank Statement vs Books of Accounts.
- Passing of employees traveling Bills / Claims.
- Product Costing
- To implement ISO 9000, ISO-14000, OHSAS -18000, TPM and WCM .
- To implement of 5S in office.
