QUALIFICATION - CA
EXPERIENCE - 0 To 1 Years
LOCATION - Gurgaon

CTC - 550000 To 600000 P.A.

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

• Preparation of Indirect tax returns for AXA XL entities
• Insurance Premium Tax (IPT) returns
• Value Added Tax (VAT) and GST returns
• Other para-fiscal tax returns
• Collation and preparation of information required for Tax audits
• Preparation of reconciliations for the tax accounts.
• Support the team in ad-hoc project requests
• Responsible for end to end compliance and related reconciliations, ensuring quality, accuracy and timely returns
• Responsible for updated process documentation to reflect best practice
• VAT/IPT Control Frameworks (maintaining and evidencing them)
• Responsible for monitoring all unallocated and allocated tax accounts

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

• Booking of payroll and LTI compensation awards namely Deferred Cash ACR, Deferred Cash OCO, Replacement Awards and Retention Awards and top side adjustments.
• Preparation of Balance sheet reconciliations (Non-technical Asset & Liabilities) for US
•  Provide for Variance commentary for Bermuda controllers for Actual vs Budget, Quarter on Quarter and Year on Year movement in Income Statement along with Balance Sheet
• Assist in various audits - Statutory (PWC), SOX and Internal Audit
• Booking of Operating expense accruals including Bermuda Payroll on a monthly basis
• Booking of lease expenses in accordance with IFRS 16 – Lease Accounting and Presentation
• Intercompany settlement including follow up for timely settlement of Bermuda, UK and Swiss entities Intercompany balances and their recording
• Assist in various audits - Statutory (PWC), SOX and Internal Audit
