JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Responsible for the preparation of financial, production output, and other reports used to measure and control unit activities and costs.
- Manage all accounting operations of the respective business unit by supervising & collaborating with the accounts officer and will be reposting to plant accounts head.
- Lead the budgeting & forecasting exercise and review manufacturing unit expenses, accurate inventory costing, review of manufacturing order reports for costing and investigate variances.
- Planning, studying, and collecting data to determine costs of production activity such as raw material purchases, inventory, and labour of the respective production unit.
- Manage month-end closing and prepare monthly financial statements and other operational reports for the business unit assigned.
- Analyse variances and communicates explanations to management with recommended actions
- Prepare forecasts of income statement, balance sheets, and statement of cash flows for the business unit
- Must work across organization boundaries and all levels of the company to achieve plant, and corporate objectives

- Responsible for the complete accounting services function of a respective unit assigned including general and sales accounting, payables/receivables and financial compliance.
- Will be responsible for the day-to-day aspects of the business's accounting and reporting functions and he reports directly to plant accounts head.
- Oversee & ensures the respective unit accounting processes and systems comply with company & plant policies, applicable regulations, and provide required information.
