EXPERIENCE - 5 To 10 Years

JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- The person would be responsible for all financial activities pertaining to the organization including financial analysis and MIS reporting, taxation, credit control accounts payable and receivable and budgeting and forecasting.
- Preparation of regular MIS reports.
- Ensuring adherence to applicable Statutory Compliances & Reports.
- Co-ordination with the Internal & Statutory Audit for timely completion of the audit.
- Regular interaction with Branches / Bank / Function for resolving the queries.
- Ensuring adherence of the applicable Policies and proper accounting of all the Transactions.
- Day to Day Activities like validation, accounting and scrutiny of vouchers Vendor Bills.
- Oversee the daily vendor Payouts.
- Compliance with statutory deduction of TDS, Service tax, Provident Fund & Profession Tax.
- Coordination with bank for payment related queries.
- Regular maintenance of Fixed Assets Register.
- Handling Minor system related issues Monthly.
- Preparation of Monthly MIS based in set format.
- Oversee and Monthly Statutory payouts Quarterly Annual Activity.
- Liasioning with statutory and internal Auditors.
- Preparation of Bank requested MIS (RBI & Group Risk).
- Statutory returns preparation and checking - CGST.
