1. POST NAME - Manager Accounts
QUALIFICATION - CA\CMA
EXPERIENCE - 0 To 3 Years
LOCATION - Jamshedpur
CTC - 10 To 15 LPA


JOB DESCRIPTION :-

1.Statutory compliance - Statutory compliance related to F&A, Assist in tax assessments/appellate proceedings, Assisting in compliance of common tax guidelines, processes, charts. 

2. Financial Reporting - Facilitate in reporting Financial & Cost performance, Financial and Management accounting at locations. 

3. Financial Transactions - Accounts payable and receivable, Payroll & Cash, Capital accounts. 

4. Closing of accounts - Assist in preparations and compliance of the requirement of the statutory audits/tax audits. 

5. Cost analysis - Preparation of Cost Information, Preparation of variance analysis and PDCA cycle for adverse variances.

6. Support to business units - Support to local management in Finance & Accounts, Ensuring Unit follows all statutory, regulatory & legal requirements in its daily activities.

2. POST NAME - Junior Officer HRM
QUALIFICATION - Any Graduate/MBA(HR)/MSW
EXPERIENCE - 2 To 5 Years
LOCATION - Tarapur


JOB DESCRIPTION :-

To resolve IR related issues and grievances of employees - grievance register maintainance in time office, ensure that grievance is resolved within the stipulated time Ensure zero mandays loss by taking proactive measures in resolving IR issues and grievances To improve skill of workmen- identify training needs, to prepare training plan, identify faculty, organizing training programme, calculate training effectiveness and skill index To organize union management, canteen, JDC meetings, and Hamara manch- to prepare and display schedule of the meeting for each month, minutes of meetings preparation Legal compliance-to check whether all the contractors maintain registers as per statutory requirements, ensure all the compliance's are carried out and met, to mains forms and register Disciplinary action against any misconduct by the employees- to investigate and find whether the indiscipline reported was genuine and disciplinary action to be taken accordingly Contract Labour Management Daily management of canteen- maintaining check list register in time office and ensuring proper hygiene is maintained.
