JOB DESCRIPTION :-
1. Accounting for purchase, sale, assets and Inventory accounting.
2. Inward and outward transportation accounting and ensuring timely payment.
3. Checking & passing of imprest bills & T.A. bills, LTA & Medical bills.
4. Employee’s salary verification, Tax accounting like TDs salaries, TDs contractors & TDS professionals.
5. Accounting of Invoice, Vendor Reconciliation and GL reconciliation.
6. Ensuring accurate accounting in SAP and timely monthly closure.
7. Freight accounting.
8. Preparation of yearly and monthly Budgets, & preparing Actual results and Variances.
9. Ensuring all the statutory payments and compliance.
10. Preparing various analysis reports & MIS reports post month closure.
11. Accounting of Vendor Invoices in books of accounts on day to day basis.
12. Preparation of creditors and advances records as per requirements.
