1. Keep Updation and Supervision of JV Accounts and Compliances.
2. Vendor reco Update.
3. Costing of JV Companies, Stock update.
4. MIS of Morbi business.
5. Supervision of Secretarial work.
6. Financial Complete ownership and supervision of JV Accounts, Audit , Legal, and Statutory and Secretarial Compliances closure of JV accounts and timely submission of accounts.
7. Supervision of Export Commercial activities.
8. Any other task assigned from time to time.
