JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Product costing and Bills of Material processing.
- Identify differences between Fixed and Variable cost in actual, forecasts, and budgets planning.
- Analysis accounts with business plans.
- Examine monthly submissions to cross check accuracy.
- Compiling and presenting monthly reports related to actual, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements to all stakeholders.
- Working capital management.
- Financial forecasting and risk analysis.
- Preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for relevant stakeholders.
- Managing colleagues, workloads and deadlines.
- Develop proper costing models, as well as implementation of control procedures with regards to the cost accounting.
- Review of product cost roll up to ensure accuracy and understand cost drivers.
- Review variances for accuracy and analyze root causes.
- Satisfy various Cost reporting requests and analysis for businesses.
- Organize and execute the Cost Center Budgeting process.
- Record and monitor cost and inventory accounting entries during the monthly closing.
- Reconcile inventory accounts.
- Participate in and support internal and external audits.
- Monitor and maintain work processes to ensure internal controls in data integrity.
- Provide training/backup support within the area based cost team.
- Provide determinations between Capital and Expense.
- Execute cost center recoveries and analyze residuals.
