JOB DESCRIPTION :-
Process invoicing according to the defined Accounts Payable (A/P) process steps, working on day-to-day booking operations in line with GAAP and IFRS guidelines.
Handle invoices for services (with/without PO) such as customs, freight, transport, other contract services and manual invoice processing.
Cooperate with relevant A/P vendors for proper authorization and accurate data.
Report and escalate disputed account discrepancies as a first point of contact with suppliers and vendors.
Prepare month-end accounts payable jobs and monthly account reconciliations.
Responsible for process innovation.
Credit & Debit Memo Processing.
