POST NAME - Business Finance Head

QUALIFICATION - CA/CMA

EXPERIENCE - 10 Years

LOCATION - Rajasthan

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

• Lead finance controllership, budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and business performance reviews for mining operations, while providing actionable insights through financial analytics and benchmarking.
• Partner with operations to drive productivity, cost efficiency and optimization across mining, processing, maintenance, and services.
• Ensure effective governance of capex, opex, inventory, project spends, cash flow and working capital, alongside compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, internal controls and audits.
• Support strategic planning, investment evaluation, and project approvals and act as a strategic business partner in delivering towards growth journey of HZL through financial stewardship, investment governance and performance management.
• Drive automation, digitalization and data-driven decision making across finance processes.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and participate in key site committees, including Grievance, School, CSR, Welfare and Governance forums.
• Build a high-performance finance team and strengthen business partnering.
