JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Prepare product costing, cost estimation, and profitability analysis for new and existing components to support business decisions.
- Evaluate and monitor CAPEX proposals, including ROI, payback analysis, and budget utilization for plant investments.
- Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Quality, and Finance teams for cost optimization and project implementation.
- Track manufacturing costs, material cost variances, and productivity improvement initiatives to achieve cost reduction targets.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities related to capital expenditure and manufacturing operations.
- Generate MIS reports, cost analysis dashboards, and management presentations for effective decision-making and project reviews.
