POST NAME - Accounts Manager
QUALIFICATION - CA Inter/CMA Inter/ B.Com/M.Com
EXPERIENCE - 5 Years
LOCATION - Bangalore
JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Manage daily banking, treasury, cash flow and Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Handle Accounts Payable, vendor reconciliation and payment processing.
- Manage GST, TDS & Income Tax compliance and reconciliations.
- Handle statutory notices and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with EXIM, ICEGATE, Customs & Spices Board for import/export documentation.
- Coordinate with Company Secretary for statutory filings (e.g., Form DPT-3, MSME).
- Manage manufacturing costing, inventory valuation and product-wise costing.
- Process payroll and coordinate PF, ESI & Professional Tax compliance.
- Handle inter-company and sister entity accounting and reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly MIS, P&L and Balance Sheet reports with executive analysis.
- Coordinate with external auditors for audits and year-end closing.
