QUALIFICATION - CA/CMA
EXPERIENCE - 3 To 5 Years
LOCATION - Hyderabad

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

The Finance Controller will support the financial management and performance monitoring of Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) activities in Hyderabad. The position will work closely with the Finance team, Operations teams and business stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, effective cost control and high-quality financial analysis supporting business growth and operational excellence. The Finance Controller will act as a business partner to operational teams and contribute to strategic decision-making through financial insights, performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasts and long-term business planning activities.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, management dashboards and variance analysis against budget and forecast.
• Analyze financial performance and identify risks, opportunities and corrective actions.
• Monitor operational performance indicators including productivity, labor efficiency, turnaround time and profitability.
• Monitor direct and indirect costs and support cost optimization initiatives.
• Review inventory valuation, provisions, work-in-progress and spare parts management.
• Support working capital improvement initiatives through monitoring of inventory, receivables and payables.
• Analyze cost trends and provide recommendations to management.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data and reporting.
• Support compliance with Group financial policies, internal controls and local regulatory requirements.
• Participate in internal and external audits and ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations.
• Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Programs and other support functions.
• Contribute to the development of finance processes, systems and reporting tools.
• Support digital transformation and automation initiatives within the finance function.
