JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Prepare and monitor standard costing for raw materials, components, finished goods and projects.
- Analyze cost variances and identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Develop and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM), routing and cost sheets.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Finance, Planning and Sales teams for accurate cost capture.
- Conduct profitability analysis by product, customer, segment and channel.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and monthly MIS reporting.
- Evaluate new product costing and conduct detailed margin analysis.
- Maintain and improve costing systems, databases and internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
