POST NAME - Finance Manager Cash Flow & Cost Control

QUALIFICATION - CA/CMA/MBA

EXPERIENCE - 5 Years

LOCATION - Gurgaon

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

Cashflow Planning & Visibility

• Build and maintain rolling weekly and monthly cashflow forecasts
• Know exactly what's coming in, going out, and when
• Flag cash bottlenecks in advance and propose solutions
• Prepare weekly cash position reports for leadership

Cost Control & Vendor Management

• Scrutinize company expenses—question necessity, benchmark vendors, flag inefficiencies
• Design and enforce expense approval processes with clear thresholds
• Review recurring costs and subscriptions quarterly—kill redundancies
• Create a culture where cost discipline is normal

Payment Optimization

• You decide who to pay, when, and if we can defer (CEO sets priorities and non-negotiables)
• Optimize payment timing to protect our cash position
• Coordinate with our accounting team on invoice and receipt management

Team Leadership

• Manage 2 finance interns with clear expectations and accountability
• Set standards and hold them to SLAs
• Develop them while maintaining financial discipline
