JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Oversee financial control, costing, inventory management, and closing activities within the plant.
- Prepare, monitor, and review annual budgets, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
- Analyze plant P&L, perform variance analysis, and collaborate on cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, industry regulations, and internal audit requirements.
- Lead financial governance, reporting, and strategic planning for the plant.
